With more than two decades of experience in the behavioral health field, Dr. Rachel Daigle brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion to her work with individuals seeking growth, healing, and lasting change.

As a seasoned clinical counselor, Dr. Daigle understands that life often presents complex challenges as we navigate personal development, relationships, family dynamics, career demands, recovery, and community responsibilities. While these experiences can be difficult, they also hold the potential to become catalysts for resilience, self-discovery, and transformation.

Dr. Daigle believes that every individual possesses inherent strengths, abilities, and resources that can be cultivated to overcome obstacles and achieve meaningful personal growth. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that people are capable of creating positive change when provided with the support, insight, and tools necessary to do so.

Throughout her career, Dr. Daigle has worked with individuals facing a broad range of mental health and behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use or recovery-related issues.

As both a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC/LADC), she brings a comprehensive understanding of the complex factors that influence emotional health, personal growth, and recovery.

The privilege of Dr. Daigle's professional work is partnering with individuals as they discover their capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. She considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they uncover new possibilities, strengthen existing capabilities, and work toward becoming the person they aspire to be.

At DPCS, Dr. Daigle remains committed to helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and renewed purpose through compassionate, evidence-based care.

In alignment with the mission of DPCS, we believe that well-being belongs to you.

Rebecca Daigle | MA, LAPC

Welcome to DPCS!

I provide outpatient mental health counseling to adults, adolescents, and children experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and life-related concerns.

For adults, this may include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that may affect overall health and well-being, including concerns related to substance use and recovery.

For adolescents and children, concerns may include school-related stress, family changes, peer relationships, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, and adjustment challenges.

Services are offered within a supportive, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My clinical approach is holistic in nature, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being.

Treatment is individualized and may incorporate evidence-based interventions designed to strengthen resilience, improve emotional regulation, and support overall wellness.

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel uncomfortable and uncertain, yet it is often one of the most meaningful investments a person can make in their health and well-being.

Seeking support demonstrates self-awareness and courage, and it creates an opportunity to gain new perspectives, develop effective tools, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

When clinically appropriate and desired by the client, spiritual beliefs and values may be integrated into the therapeutic process to support healing, meaning-making, and personal growth in a manner consistent with the client's individual worldview.

I currently offer prompt intake availability with short wait times for new client appointments. Treatment is collaborative and client-centered, with attention to both immediate concerns and long-term growth.

I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you as you pursue your goals for healing, growth, and well-being.

Well-being belongs to you!
