Welcome to D'AIGLE Professional Counseling Services!

As a seasoned clinical counselor, I understand that a big part of our living experience is due to complex challenges that we face as we learn and grow as individuals, within our families, and communities. These challenges, and at times struggles, can be the precursors to new opportunities and personal growth. From our most difficult experiences emerges strength we did not know we possessed, talents, and abilities which we did not know we embodied. I know you have all within you which you need to change, acquire, and become that which you are seeking. The privilege of my professional work is to aid in the full discovery of your strengths, talents, and capabilities.

Welcome to D'AIGLE Professional Counseling Services, glad you are here!
As a mental healthcare clinician, I strive to create a unique "caring/easy going" therapeutic "safe haven" to help support clients through life challenges; in order for you to discover meaningful change, and greater peace within the living experience. We will use a collaborative approach that assists you in finding solutions that work per your own unique needs; restoring lost hope, empowering you with life skills/tools that stick while creating a path to personal restorative healing.

No matter your circumstances or where you are at now, it is an act of courage to begin or re-begin mental health counseling therapy services. Mental health is, as important as taking care of our physical health, interrelated. Life can throw some real curve balls and hardships. The saying is true, "we grow through what we go through."

Working through the struggles with clinical professional guidance can make all the difference in coming out the other side; stronger, clearer, and better prepared to handle life. You don't have to go it alone! I'd be honored to hear your story and to be of supportive service in your mental wellness/healing journey.

Prior to joining DPCS, I had the privilege of interning at Four Elements Therapy in Fargo, N.D. I worked with early childhood development kiddos, adolescents, and adults. I have solid expertise in working with seniors as well. My sweet spot is working with all ages.

In terms of multiculturalism, I was born in North Dakota but grew up overseas as an American Expat kid. I attended school with over 50+ different nationalities in an International American school system which engrained in me a multicultural world view. It also helped to teach and create a positive perspective on change and how to navigate through uncomfortable life changes from a very early age. Change, how to navigate, and acclimate to change is my wheel house.

A Little More:
Outside the therapy office, I am a daughter, sister, auntie, god mother, and loyal friend who spends free time with a cherished-close knit tribe of family/friends/mentors/mentees.
I love spending time in faith, in service to humanity, and in sharing space with "the boys", my rambunctious black Bombay cat (Otis) and English cream golden retriever (Major). I enjoy writing, learning, painting, quilting, walking in nature/the lakes, comedy, sports (Go Bison/Vikes!), decorating, cooking, antiquing, travel/road-trips in wide open roads or skies. Self-care activities!

Fun Facts:
I use to work in High Tech as a corporate business women/leader. I left that challenging world in 2020 and followed my dreams of becoming a "licensed humanity's helper", a psychotherapist. I aspire to earn a doctorate in divinity, one day.
