Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)​

This can be especially helpful with individuals who are unsure about making changes, it assists clients in discovering and exploring the pros and cons of unexamined behaviors.
Narrative Therapy (NT)

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)

Grief Therapy (GT)
